WARRANTY PERIOD
MIDAS SHOCK ABSORBERS, STRUT CARTRIDGES and STRUT ASSEMBLIES
Your new Midas Muffler shock absorbers, strut cartridges or assemblies are warranted by Midas to you, the original purchaser, for as long as you own the vehicle on which the Midas shock absorbers, strut cartridges or assemblies were originally installed.WHAT IS COVERED
If your Midas shock absorbers, strut cartridges or assemblies fail to perform properly during the warranty period, Midas will install new, warranted Midas shock absorbers, strut cartridges or assemblies on your vehicle for only a labor charge.WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover the labor charge for installing new Midas shock absorbers, strut cartridges or assemblies on your vehicle.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Your new Midas Airguard shock absorbers are warranted by Midas to you, the original purchaser, for 18,000 miles or eighteen months from the date of installation, whichever comes first.WHAT IS COVERED
If your Midas Airguard shock absorbers fail to perform properly during the warranty period, Midas will install new, warranted Midas Airguard shock absorbers on your vehicle. You will not be charged for the shock absorbers or the labor required to install them.WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover replacement because of accident, or if the rubber air sleeve fails due to interference between any part of the unit and the vehicle, or if the rubber sleeve is damabed by abrasion, excessive tempertures, or overinflation.
