Midas offers a lifetime warranty on many of the parts we install. This means you pay only once for items such as brake pads, brake shoes, mufflers, shocks and struts. The warranty is good at any Midas shop in the nation! Complete warranty details are posted at the shop.

Priority Service

As a registered Fleet Service Account your vehicles will receive a priority status at the shop. Appointments are not necessary for emergency work. Scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, brake inspections, exhaust inspections can be dropped off or scheduled to meet your needs. We also offer pick-up and delivery service that eliminates the need to tie up an employee while repairs are completed. Billing can be handled through the mail direct to you or your headquarters office.

Guaranteed Part Availability

We guarantee that we will have the parts you need in stock for your vehicles. If your part is not available and causes a delay in the repair of your vehicle, you get the part free!
All we ask is that you register the make, model and year of each of your vehicles with us. We will insure that we stock the most common items necessary for servicing your vehicle such as brake pads, brake shoes, rotors, drums, master cylinders, calipers, wheel cylinders, mufflers, exhaust and tail pipes, converters, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs, rotors, caps, spark plug wires, etc. For a complete list of parts that are guaranteed to be in stock please call or check with the manager.

Low Labor Rates

Most labor charges at Midas are calculated on a unit basis such as $30.00 to install a muffler or $65.00 to install a front wheel drive shaft. "Book Time", used by many of our competitors tends to inflate the time necessary to complete many jobs. For example, most muffler book times are 1 to 2 hours. Our technicians beat book time every time! The same holds true for brake work, suspension work, tune-ups and many other services we offer.

Fleet Records

We keep a record of each of your vehicles that reflects the type of work completed, the next scheduled service and the cost of work. This information can be helpful to you in maintaining manufacturers warranties, spotting problem conditions, abuse and neglect. Our records will be updated following each service.

Employee Discount

Your employees will receive the same warranties, discount savings and priority service on their personal vehicles. All they need do is let us know they work for you. We offer pick-up and delivery service to your employees so that their vehicles can be serviced while they are at work.
